Hi, I'm Tammey Brown and I grew up near Salt Lake City, Utah with my eight siblings. As a young teen, my grandmother bought land in the stunning Missoula, Montana area and after one visit I was hooked! I moved there as a city girl and quickly fell in love with the area and the people! It was so different from the rat race of the big city! My favorite thing to do was be on horseback in the mountains with my camera, still is.
I attended the University of Montana for a computer degree and then went back for teaching. Twenty-something years later and I still love teaching and technology!
Born in Utah, grew up in Montana and live in Minnesota
I'm married and have grown children and one teen still at home, amazing grandchildren, a couple of furkids, and a few fish tanks. A failed marriage and rocky divorce led me to move closer to my brothers in North Dakota where I learned a few new words like hotdish (casserole) and ya-sure-you-betcha and have experienced the most amazing sunrise/sets I've ever seen! It's also where I met my second (and current) husband.
We built a cozy little house on the border of Minnesota and North Dakota and settled in. I was burning the candle at both ends working a very stressful job when I was introduced to Young Living Essential Oils and Lavender. Seriously, changed my life and opened the door to a new way of thinking for me. I began researching homeopathy and natural ways to take care of my body. My health had been moving in an unwanted direction and I discovered the connection between emotions and dis-ease. I'd never heard of such a thing! Have you?
Getting certified as a life coach seemed logical, so I did. Then I learned about AFT (Aroma Freedom Technique) using Young Living oils and releasing emotional blocks and I signed up! I was still researching online what I could about natural solutions, but so much of what I found felt forced, fake or just plain salesy and kind of yucky. I was looking for a good resource that I could trust when, through AFT, I met Christina Sessums.

I'm so very thankful that I did! It's an amazing God story that connected us and not anything we could have ever done on our own. Way too long of a story to put here, maybe I'll record and upload. Let me know if you'd like to hear it.
After taking a couple of her classes and learning SO much! I began implementing real changes in my life.
My husband was diagnosed with diabetes over 20 years ago and, what seemed like overnight, his health took a serious turn and he went into kidney failure and then home dialysis.
He could no longer drive and had almost daily doctor appointments so I left my corporate job to build an online business that allowed me to be his caregiver and have a schedule to do what I needed to do..
So, what do I do here?

That's important to me. So, what do I do here? I am the nerd on the team. I develop the workbooks, edit video, put the programs online etc. and I love it! I love that YOU are here because you want change and I'm confident that if you stick to the program, you'll find it just like I did!
YOU are here because you're looking for answers just like I was a few years ago. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I'm still working through some issues after so many years of ignoring what my body was telling me, but I'm not where I was and I'm getting better, stronger, and healthier every day.
