Night before soak the raw walnuts

Filtered water

Raw walnuts (that were soaked overnight in filtered water)

Raw Honey

Instructions
Soaking Walnuts Overnight
Simply add the raw walnuts to the filtered water and let soak overnight
Directions
Convection bake °350
Drain your soaked walnuts on paper towels and set aside
Warm the honey over medium heat or until it has liquified (you can also run hot water over the jar until it's warmed
Add your warmed honey to the walnuts, stir while honey is still warm
Add cayenne and sea salt to taste and mix well
Spread the mix in a single layer on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake the nuts for about 20 minutes on 350 in a convection oven
Remove and let cool completely, then store in an air tight container.
Notes
NOTE: These go great on salads, as a snack, on top of your favorite ice cream or - wait... who had theirs actually make it to the storage container?
